Upgraded the braking on my personal Jeep this weekend as well. New Wilwood Disc Brakes 6 Piston Calipers with a custom mounting bracket and SS braided lines from Todd at TCE Performance Products, Cryo’d drilled and slotted rotors from Steven at R1 Concepts Inc. – Performance Brake Parts and custom high temp Lambo Verde Ithaca paint from G2 Brake Caliper Paint System Set. Need to get some better pics in the sunlight as the paint really pops in the sun with the metallic and pearl in it.
Which leaves me thinking…
- If the Verde Ithaca brake caliper paint looks this good in bad lighting… It must be mind blowing in the sunlight!

My name is Cody Krewson and I recently painted my brake calipers with your color match paint. The car I put it on is an 2005 Scion tC. The color is Black Cherry Pearl, the next year the name of the paint changed to Sizzling Crimson Pearl. I am VERY pleased with your product. I get lots of compliments from people. I alway refer them to you if they are thinking about painting their brake calipers. the brake kit is perfect, you get everything you need, other than tape but come on people can buy their own tape. Thank you for putting out a great product!
Which leaves me with two things to say!
1.) Thank you for submitting these awesome pics! We all really appreciate them!

Recently Glenn Cope approached us about some Sonic Blue Pearl Metallic Ford Mustang Custom Color Match Brake Caliper Paint for his car. We jumped at the chance to mix it for him!
After all… This isn’t just any Mustang. He has the first 3.7L Mustang that was supercharged and that hit 12′s in the Quarter mile. His project car has been in 5.0 Magazine (August 2011) and will appear again in 2012 with a project he is working on with Tremec’s new 6 speed magnum transmission for the 3.7L mustang. He will be the first 3.7L Mustang to install the T-56 Magnum. He was also the first to get Bassani headers, Spec clutch and flywheel, and Accel coils, and he currently holds the title of most powerful 3.7L mustang with a dyno run of 528.37 RWHP.
